½ cup milk (of your choice)

  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter

  • ½ cup crushed ice

Ingredients

1 cup sliced banana (frozen)

1 cup chocolate milk (your choice!)

½ cup frozen strawberry yogurt

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 (8 oz) carton vanilla yogurt

  1. Take your banana out of the freezer and let it partially thaw for five minutes.

4 sliced bananas (frozen)

1 cup chopped peaches (frozen)

2–3 crushed ice cubes (or to your desired consistency)

¼ cup + 2 tbsp peanut butter

1 ½ tsp vanilla

1 small dash of cinnamon

1 small dash of nutmeg

Directions

  1. Warm peanut butter until it begins to soften. Beat with a fork if there is any separation.
  2. Blend peanut butter, fruit, and ice in a blender for approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Add your vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

6. Chunky Monkey Smoothie

1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup ice (or to desired consistency)

Whipped Cream (optional, but why not?)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Mix well.
