Directions

1 (8 oz) carton vanilla yogurt

- Take your banana out of the freezer and let it partially thaw for five minutes.
- Layer the banana with the rest of your ingredients a blender

4 sliced bananas (frozen)

2–3 crushed ice cubes (or to your desired consistency)

1 small dash of cinnamon
1 small dash of nutmeg
Directions
- Warm peanut butter until it begins to soften. Beat with a fork if there is any separation.
- Blend peanut butter, fruit, and ice in a blender for approximately 30 seconds.
- Add your vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
