2 cups frozen yogurt (we suggest vanilla)

  1. Layer ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until well mixed.
  3. Add ice and yogurt. Blend until smooth.

1 cup sliced banana (frozen)

1 cup chocolate milk (your choice!)

½ cup frozen strawberry yogurt

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 (8 oz) carton vanilla yogurt


  1. Take your banana out of the freezer and let it partially thaw for five minutes.
  2. Layer the banana with the rest of your ingredients a blender
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Enjoy immediately.

5. Peach and Peanut Butter Smoothie

We admit this one might sound a bit unusual. But if you’ve never tried peanut butter and peaches, you’re missing out.

The cinnamon and nutmeg really bring out the sweetness in this one.


4 sliced bananas (frozen)

1 cup chopped peaches (frozen)

2–3 crushed ice cubes (or to your desired consistency)

¼ cup + 2 tbsp peanut butter

1 ½ tsp vanilla

1 small dash of cinnamon

1 small dash of nutmeg


  1. Warm peanut butter until it begins to soften. Beat with a fork if there is any separation.
  2. Blend peanut butter, fruit, and ice in a blender for approximately 30 seconds.
  3. Add your vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately. This smoothie is best enjoyed super cold!

6. Chunky Monkey Smoothie

½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup ice (or to desired consistency)

Whipped Cream (optional, but why not?)
